Description
SYI can supply ductile iron Heavy duty D400 type Manhole Covers according to EN124, with different series of size, with or without hinge, single seal or double seal, square or rectangular or round, black bitumen or epoxy coating.
Ductile iron manhole cover is made from spheroidal graphite cast iron by machining hand moulding, solid top, recessed,double triangular, single seal or double seal, square or rectangular or round,with or without hinge. Very good quality, smooth and free from sand holes, blow holes, distortion or any other defects. Loading capacity is 40 tons. The normal coating is black bitumen 30 microns thickness, also can make the epoxy coating according to the customer's demand.
The marks including the customer's logo can be changed.

Yes, of course. Usually, our samples are free. We can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We can manufacture molds and fixtures.

A. The delivery time is usually around 1 month (usually 1 * 40FT);
B. If there is inventory, we can ship within two days.
4.What are your payment terms?
Our usual payment terms are a 30% deposit and the remaining balance to be paid before shipment. Of course, the final payment can also be made upon presentation of the bill of lading.
